DOCENT TRAINING

McHenry Museum Docents' Association is holding a training for prospective docents March 25th from 9:00 to 11: 30 a.m. at the Museum located at 1402 I Street in Modesto.  Learn how you can make historical exhibits come alive from the knowledge you gain from this free training.

What you need is a willingness to become acquainted with the ongoing exhibits and enthusiastically share that with adults and youngsters who visit.  Once trained, docents serve a minimum four hours per month to helping others discover the Central Valley's intriguing history and heritage.

Call Ellen La Coste at 577-5235 to sign up for the March 25th training.
